Guests besides the primary renter can only be replaced after 4 PM the next day when capacity is at the limitation. No overnight swaps. For guests rotating visitors, fees don’t cover extra towel changes or excessive cleaning. ⚠️IMPORTANT! Routine cleaning during your stay is not included. Guests are expected to maintain the property and return it in the condition it was received—without requiring a deep clean. Cleaning services are available upon request with 24 hours’ notice during business hours. These optional, non-mandatory services include: Maid Refresh: $50 Towel/Linen Change: $40 Laundry Room Access: $20 per stay, free for stays over 7 days. We make every effort to keep the laundry room available, as it is also used for normal turnover operations. However, if it is unavailable for any reason, it is agreed that the value of this amenity is $20 and it is not included in the standard nightly rate. If you notice any cleanliness issues upon arrival that you may be sensitive to or that could negatively affect your stay, please report them immediately. Timely reporting allows us to resolve the issue quickly and confirms it was not caused during your stay. Most importantly, it helps us ensure your comfort from the beginning. Cleaning fees do not apply to issues promptly reported and clearly not caused by you. ✅Toilet Use: Homes in our community use septic tanks, Similar to anywhere else in the country, Do not flush toilet paper or any plastic items. Use the waste bin provided. ✅ No Smoking Indoors: This is a smoke-free space indoors—thanks for keeping it fresh! Smoking is allowed on the patio with doors closed. A $300 deep cleaning fee applies for indoor smoking. ✅ Tropical Environment: Ants and mosquitoes are normal here. We do our best, but need your help—keep doors closed or use screens, keep food in the kitchen/patio area, clean crumbs, and seal all food.
