These terms apply to your use of the COHOST Dominican Republic website and to any inquiry or reservation you make through it. By using this site or booking a stay, you agree to them.

1. Who you are dealing with

Your stay is offered by COHOST Dominican Republic, and your agreement for the stay is with us. This website is software built and hosted by i3nb (POPMIA TRAVEL S.R.L., Dominican Republic). i3nb does not own, manage, inspect, or operate the property, is not a party to your reservation, does not take or hold your payment, and is not responsible for our obligations. To the extent the law allows, claims about the stay, payment, refunds, or the property must be made against COHOST Dominican Republic, not i3nb.

COHOST Dominican Republic is owned by POPMIA TRAVEL S.R.L..

i3nb's right to rely on these terms. i3nb is an intended third-party beneficiary of this section and of section 7 as it applies to i3nb, and may enforce them directly, including under the UK Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999, Article 1121 of the Dominican Civil Code, and the law on third-party beneficiaries of any other applicable country. No other person has rights under these terms.

2. The property

Descriptions, photos, amenities, and prices are provided in good faith and may change before a reservation is confirmed. Some images may have been enhanced or created with AI tools; if anything about the property matters to you, ask us before you book.

3. Inquiries and reservations

  • An inquiry is a request, not a reservation.
  • A reservation exists only once you receive a booking confirmation with a confirmation reference.
  • You must be an adult to book, and you are responsible for the accuracy of the guest details you provide.
  • The number of guests must not exceed the number stated at booking without our prior agreement.

4. Payment

Where online booking is available, you pay us directly at the time of reservation through our payment provider (such as Stripe, PayPal, or Square), under that provider's terms. The total shown before you pay, including the nightly rate, cleaning fee, and any other listed charges, is the amount charged. Any taxes, security deposit, or extra charges will be shown or told to you before you book.

Your payment is charged by POPMIA TRAVEL S.R.L., the seller named on your receipt.

5. Cancellations and changes

Our cancellation and change conditions are the ones we tell you before you book. If none were given, contact us as early as possible; we will agree a fair outcome with you and refund at least what the law requires. If the property becomes unavailable for reasons beyond our reasonable control, we may cancel and will refund what you paid us for the stay.

6. House rules and conduct

  • Follow the house rules and the check-in and check-out times we give you.
  • The property is for lodging only: no parties, events, or commercial use without our written agreement.
  • You are responsible for damage beyond normal wear and tear caused by you or your guests.
  • We may ask for identification at check-in where the law requires guest registration.

7. Liability

To the extent the law allows, COHOST Dominican Republic is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this website or your stay, and our total liability for a reservation is limited to the amount you paid for it. i3nb, which provides this website's technology, is not liable to you for the stay or the property, to the extent the law allows. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer.

8. Website content

The content of this website belongs to COHOST Dominican Republic or its licensors and may not be reused without permission.

9. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we use your personal information, including cookies.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the place where the property is located. If you have a problem with your stay, please contact us first using section 12 so we can try to resolve it. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live and may use its courts and consumer authorities. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The version published on this page when you make a reservation applies to that reservation; the date at the top shows the current version. For consumers in the Dominican Republic, the Spanish version prevails. These terms were prepared from a template provided by i3nb and adopted by COHOST Dominican Republic as its own.

13. Domain, abuse, and copyright reports

This website is hosted through i3nb by POPMIA TRAVEL S.R.L. Its domain is registered separately, through its own registrar, so questions about the domain's registration go to that registrar. To report abuse (for example phishing, fraud, malware, or spam), copyright infringement (including DMCA notices), or any other matter concerning this website, email legal@popmia.com.

This address is not for questions about a stay or a reservation; for those, contact COHOST Dominican Republic (section 12). How reports are handled: Domain Service and Abuse Reporting.

1. Con quién trata

La estadía la ofrece COHOST Dominican Republic, y su acuerdo de estadía es con nosotros. Este sitio es software construido y alojado por i3nb (POPMIA TRAVEL S.R.L., República Dominicana). i3nb no es dueña, no administra, no inspecciona ni opera la propiedad, no es parte de su reserva, no recibe ni retiene su pago y no responde por nuestras obligaciones. En la medida permitida por la ley, los reclamos sobre la estadía, el pago, los reembolsos o la propiedad deben dirigirse a COHOST Dominican Republic, no a i3nb.

Derecho de i3nb a invocar estos términos. i3nb es tercera beneficiaria de esta sección y de la sección 7 en lo que le aplica, y puede hacerlas valer directamente, incluso conforme al artículo 1121 del Código Civil dominicano, la ley británica Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 y las normas sobre estipulación a favor de terceros de cualquier otro país aplicable. 2. La propiedad

Las descripciones, fotos, comodidades y precios se ofrecen de buena fe y pueden cambiar antes de confirmar una reserva. Algunas imágenes pueden haber sido mejoradas o creadas con herramientas de IA; si algo de la propiedad es importante para usted, pregúntenos antes de reservar.

3. Consultas y reservas

  • Una consulta es una solicitud, no una reserva.
  • Una reserva existe solo cuando recibe una confirmación con un código de referencia.
  • Debe ser mayor de edad para reservar y responde por la exactitud de los datos de los huéspedes.
  • El número de huéspedes no puede superar el indicado al reservar sin nuestro acuerdo previo.

4. Pago

Cuando la reserva en línea está disponible, nos paga directamente al reservar mediante nuestro proveedor de pagos (como Stripe, PayPal o Square), según los términos de ese proveedor. El total mostrado antes de pagar, con la tarifa por noche, la limpieza y otros cargos indicados, es el monto cobrado. Cualquier impuesto, depósito de seguridad o cargo adicional se le muestra o informa antes de reservar.

Su pago lo cobra POPMIA TRAVEL S.R.L., el vendedor que figura en su recibo.

5. Cancelaciones y cambios

Nuestras condiciones de cancelación y cambio son las que le informamos antes de reservar. Si no se indicaron, contáctenos lo antes posible; acordaremos con usted una solución justa y le reembolsaremos al menos lo que exija la ley. Si la propiedad deja de estar disponible por causas ajenas a nuestro control razonable, podemos cancelar y le reembolsaremos lo que nos pagó por la estadía.

6. Reglas de la casa y conducta

  • Siga las reglas de la casa y los horarios de entrada y salida indicados.
  • La propiedad es solo para alojamiento: sin fiestas, eventos ni uso comercial sin nuestro acuerdo escrito.
  • Usted responde por daños más allá del desgaste normal causados por usted o sus acompañantes.
  • Podemos pedir identificación al llegar cuando la ley exija el registro de huéspedes.

7. Responsabilidad

En la medida permitida por la ley, COHOST Dominican Republic no responde por pérdidas indirectas o consecuentes derivadas del uso de este sitio o de su estadía, y nuestra responsabilidad total por una reserva se limita al monto pagado por ella. i3nb, que aporta la tecnología de este sitio, no responde ante usted por la estadía ni por la propiedad, en la medida permitida por la ley. Nada en estos términos limita la responsabilidad que la ley no permite limitar, ni sus derechos como consumidor, incluidos los de la Ley 358-05.

8. Contenido del sitio

El contenido de este sitio pertenece a COHOST Dominican Republic o a sus licenciantes y no puede reutilizarse sin permiso.

10. Ley aplicable

Estos términos se rigen por la ley del lugar donde se encuentra la propiedad. Si tiene un problema con su estadía, contáctenos primero según la sección 12 para intentar resolverlo. 11. Cambios

Podemos actualizar estos términos. La versión publicada en esta página cuando hace una reserva se aplica a esa reserva; la fecha de arriba indica la versión vigente. Para consumidores en la República Dominicana prevalece esta versión en español. Estos términos se prepararon a partir de una plantilla de i3nb y COHOST Dominican Republic los adoptó como propios.
