Guests besides the primary renter can only be replaced after 4 PM the next day when capacity is at the limitation. No overnight swaps. ✅ 🌇 Check-In ( 4 PM ): Plan to arrive after 4 PM to avoid inconveniences. You agree that if you have any issues related to mosquitoes, running the air conditioners to create a low-humidity and cool environment is our best and most effective solution to maintain a comfortable mosquito-free environment ► Cleaning Services - Maid services are paid and require request. Need more cleanings. Each additional one is 2500 pesos or $50. ► POOL & GARDENING: By booking, guests grant permission for staff to access the exterior for pool and garden maintenance, occurring Mon-Fri 8:30 AM-4 PM and Sat 8 AM-12 PM, typically under 2 hours for gardening and 1 hour for the pool, multiple times a week. ► Washer is not included.
